if you know you’re having a big dinner with the family, make sure you limit the amount of calories you eat the day before and after, so it levels out the calories you’re having during the feast.
Especially during the holidays you want to stay active. You don’t necessarily have to go to the gym. With just one hour of physical activities (walking, cycling, walking the dog, boxing etc.) you can do a lot of damage control for the excessive amount of calories you’re going to have.
Binging is good for nothing! There’s a difference between having a lot of calories and having ALL the calories lol. Just have a good time without being concerned about eating too much, just don’t make a sport out of it to eat everything you see and finishing all the plates.
